Hello head trainer here Joshua Quailey I have been around sports my whole life played football at a good semi professional level when I was younger but was also a good amateur boxer that represented my country, I also boxed as a professional but covid stalled my career and this is when I created the unit. I started training people outside and as time went on I got a massive client based and took the plunge into the pt world and now I run a small studio offering various sessions along with other trainers.”
